**Position: Dispatcher**

The Dispatcher is responsible for the coordination of the shipment process from origin to destination. This position will be responsible for the following:

- Manage all aspects of the shipments from start to finish, including receiving, inventory control, and scheduling.
- Responsible for ensuring all shipments are delivered on time and meet customer’s expectations.
- Ensure all trucks are properly loaded with load cards and ensure loads are picked up in a timely manner.
- Responsible for ensuring all trucks are properly maintained and that the company is properly maintaining the trucks.
- Responsible for ensuring all trucks are properly inspected and that they are cleaned on a regular basis.
- Assist customers with their orders and communicate any issues that may arise.

- Perform other duties as required by management.

**Qualifications**:

- High School Diploma or GED preferred; or equivalent experience of (3) three to (5) years with a stable work history.
- Previous experience in transportation or logistics industry preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
