A small oilfield trucking company is seeking a reliable and experience Semi Driver to join our team in Nisku, Alberta. As a driver, you will be responsible for transporting good and materials to various locations. This is a great opportunity for someone with experience in loader/skid steer operation, heavy equipment operation, commercial driving, and routine truck maintenance. **Responsibilities**:

- Safely operation of Semi Cargo to transport goods and materials.
- Load and unload Semi cargo using appropriate equipment such as forklifts or other heavy machinery.
- Follow all traffic laws and regulations.
- Perform routine vehicle inspections and maintenance checks.
- Driver daily logbook.
- Ensure that all deliveries are completed on time and in accordance with customer requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including mileage, fuel consumption, and any incidents or accidents that occur.
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers, customers, and other team members.
- Must be available for 24 hour on call.
- 10 days on 4 days off.
- Must have a cell phone.
- Perform pre-trip, route and post-trip inspection and oversee all aspects of vehicle.
- Receive and relay information to dispatch.
- Must be available for long hauls.

**Requirements**:

- Clean valid class 1 driver's license.
- 5 years of Class 1 driving experience.
- First Aid and H2S Certificate is a plus.
- Knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance procedures is a plus.
- Ability to handle freight safely and efficiently.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $32.00-$38.00 per hour
