**What will you do?**
- Manage product lifecycle from concept to design, testing, manufacturing, to product end of life for residential low voltage distribution products (loadcenters, residential breakers, AFCIs/GFCIs, etc.)
- Define go-to-market and pricing strategies to drive profitability and market shares
- Gather voice of the customer and accumulates market knowledge to drive portfolio improvements
- Drive successful execution of new initiatives and ideas with sales, marketing, engineering, operations, affiliates, etc.
- Maintain technical info on eCommerce and quotation tools
- Provide market forecasts to support supply chain planning
- Manage product quality issues to maintain customer satisfaction
- Provide inputs for codes and standards developments
- Conduct product training for internal and external customers
- Proficient with SAP, Microsoft Office Products, Tableau
- Fluent in English, French is an asset

**What will you need to succeed?**
- Bachelor of Engineering Degree, Preferably Electrical Engineering
- At least 2 years of Product Management experience is an asset
- Ability to read P&L, manage budgets, establish business strategies, and measure ROI
- Thorough understanding of North American codes and standards (CSA, UL) applicable to the portfolio
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Self-starter and customer focus oriented
