- Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies to maintain optimal stock.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including proper food storage and sanitation practices.
- Address customer inquiries and complaints promptly to ensure satisfaction.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to maintain quality control over food preparation and presentation.
- Assist in developing and implementing promotional activities to enhance customer engagement.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in restaurant management or a similar role within the food industry.
- Strong knowledge of food handling and preparation techniques.
- Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems for efficient transaction processing.
- Excellent cash handling skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to effectively train and mentor staff members.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service excellence.
- Experience in bartending is a plus but not required.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Pay: $18.00-$23.00 per hour
