Job Title: Operations Manager

**Duties**:

- Oversee day-to-day operations of the company, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to improve productivity and efficiency
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and optimize resource allocation
- Manage and mentor a team of employees, providing guidance and support as needed
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company standards
- Identify opportunities for cost savings and implement strategies to reduce expenses
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and contractors to ensure timely delivery of goods and services
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to drive innovation and continuous improvement

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field (or equivalent)
- Proven experience in operations management or a similar role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of industry regulations and best practices
- Smart Serve and Food Handling Certifications (Mandatory Requirements)
