**Overview**

**Duties**
- Supervise and train staff to ensure adherence to food safety standards and proper food handling techniques.
- Oversee cash handling procedures and ensure accurate POS transactions using Micros POS systems.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest inquiries and resolving any issues promptly.
- Participate in the interviewing process for new hires, contributing to team management and development.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and dining areas to meet health regulations.
- Collaborate with the Restaurant Manager to implement strategies for improving service efficiency and guest satisfaction.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed.
- Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, hospitality, and leadership among staff.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in restaurant management or a similar supervisory role is preferred.
- Strong background in food preparation, cooking, and kitchen experience within the food industry.
- Proficient in using POS systems, particularly POS, with cash handling experience.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities with experience in team management and training.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices for food handling.
- A background in hospitality or hotel experience is advantageous.

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
