**The Opportunity**
As an e-Commerce Customer Care Assistant, you will be the first point of contact for our growing online customer base. You will be our brand ambassador who possesses in-depth knowledge of our products and services and provides exceptional customer service for all inquiries. You are enthusiastic and detail-oriented with a commitment to completing all tasks in a timely, professional manner. You are a team player who is always on the lookout for ways to continuously improve the customer journey. You thrive in a collaborative environment with a willingness to assist with any other functions relating to e-Commerce.

**The Job**
- Serve as the primary point of contact for the Blue Ruby e-Commerce website
- Provide timely and thorough resolution to customer inquiries, including product information and recommendations, status updates, tracking, returns/exchanges.
- Maintain expert, in-depth knowledge of company products, services, and features
- Be engaged. Communicate with management to solve problems, recommend resolutions, and improve our customer experience
- Order Fulfillment

**Qualifications**
- 2 years e-Commerce and/or retail experience
- Computer proficiency and ability to learn new software(s)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and time constraints
- A can-do, positive attitude
- Flexibility to work holiday and weekends, as needed

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 12-40 per week
