**Position Overview**:
We’re looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented **Digital Marketing & E-Commerce Coordinator** to join our expanding team. This early
- to mid-career role is ideal for a motivated marketer who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves bringing ideas to life online, and wants to help drive MedPro’s digital transformation.

The coordinator will manage website updates, online store listings, and digital promotions, while tracking performance analytics and supporting ongoing campaigns. This position offers the opportunity to grow into a **Digital Growth Manager** role as MedPro’s digital strategy continues to evolve.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage updates to the MedPro website, including product listings, promotions, and landing pages.
- Maintain and optimize the online store to ensure accurate, engaging, and SEO-friendly product listings.
- Analyze campaign data, website traffic, and e-commerce performance; generate reports and insights to improve results.
- Collaborate with marketing, operations, and clinical teams to align promotions and digital messaging.
- Support the planning and execution of seasonal and promotional campaigns (e.g., Black Friday, membership programs, etc.).
- Assist with digital content creation — including visuals, copy, and product messaging — in collaboration with internal and external creative partners.
- Stay current with trends in digital marketing, healthcare retail, and e-commerce best practices.

**Qualifications**:

- 2-4 years of experience in digital marketing, e-commerce, or a related role.
- Strong understanding of web content management systems (e.g., WordPress, Shopify, or similar).
- Experience with Google Analytics, SEO, and social media advertising platforms.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and comfort working with digital tools and analytics dashboards.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with healthcare, retail, or patient-facing industries is an asset.
