**Key Responsibilities**:

- Create an analysis of revenue and best practices utilizing company tools and technology.
- Research and analyze current processes to present recommendations to maximize goals within the overall program.
- Actively participate in daily marketing initiatives.

**Competencies and skills**:

- Rising Senior pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business, Organizational Development or related field of study.
- Strong project management skills.
- Intellectual curiosity with a strong desire to learn and grow.
- Handle multiple activities simultaneously and ensure accurate and timely completion of tasks.
- Proficient user of Microsoft Office Tools: Excel and Word.
