**Job description**

**Project Overview & Topline Requirements**:
We need Digital Marketers to help us come up with creative ads and marketing campaigns to mainstream our company to various Real Estate Agents and Customers on social media platforms and on our website.

**Digital Marketer**:

- You’ll be working with our Branch Manager to come up with social media campaigns
**- Responsible for the successful setup of all company campaigns - including keyword research, campaign creation and audience upload across a number of platforms

**- We are looking for an individual that has a background in graphic design and can create banners, flyers for different social medial platforms and on the fly in most cases.**

**- We need an individual that is creative in social marketing campaign and can expand our audience base to gain and attract more followers and create a target conversion from audience to customer.**
**- The person must be equipped with doing social media engagements with other followers and be able to help to gain more followers by creative means of advertising the social media pages to other target audiences**.

**- Ideally it would be nice to have a person with various skills in digital design and who has a background in video editing, captioning and know how to work with slo-motion and still-motion video capturing**
- Assist with the development and writing of marketing materials, such as plans, recommendations and presentations.
- Content Writing and coming up with catchy phrases is a plus

**Project Objective**:

- To mainstream our ad campaigns to a wider audience of agents in Ontario & Internationally

**Job Type**: Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: $31,338.00-$51,959.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Richmond Hill, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Experience**:
