**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Project Planning and Execution**:

- Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and risk assessments.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to identify project requirements, scope, and objectives.
- Monitor and track project progress, making adjustments as necessary to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery.

**2. Team and Stakeholder Management**:

- Act as the primary point of contact between technical teams, internal departments, and external vendors.
- Facilitate clear communication across all levels of the organization, ensuring alignment with project goals.
- Manage cross-functional teams, including IT, operations, and business units.

**3. Technical Oversight**:

- Collaborate with IT teams to understand current infrastructure and define migration strategies.
- Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance during the migration process.
- Address technical challenges, offering solutions to minimize downtime and disruption.

**4. Risk Management**:

- Identify potential risks associated with the migration and develop mitigation strategies.
- Monitor issues and escalate critical challenges to senior management as needed.

**5. Post-Migration Support**:

- Ensure thorough testing of systems post-migration to verify successful implementation.
- Provide documentation and training to teams affected by the migration.
- Offer ongoing support to address any issues that arise post-migration.

**Required Qualifications**:

- Education:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Master’s degree or MBA is a plus.
- Experience:

- 5-8 years of experience in IT project management, with a focus on infrastructure and server migrations.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale, high-stakes migration projects.
- Experience with hybrid cloud environments and virtualization tools is highly desirable.

**Technical Skills**:

- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure components, including servers, networking, storage, and databases.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and migration tools.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira, Trello).

- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

**Work Environment**:

- Occasional travel may be required to meet with external vendors or oversee offsite components of the migration.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $80,000.00-$125,000.00 per year
