Concord, Canada Regal Aluminum Windows & Doors Inc. Full time

Regal group is a window & railing manufacturer for high-rise condominiums, office buildings and hotels. We service clients across Canada with full scale window/door/railing replacement project as well as new construction projects.

**Responsibilities**
- Written and verbal communication skills.
- Clean driving record, willing to travel to project sites.
- Planning the work to be done, getting the necessary personnel, and assigning the right duties to the right people
- Prepare accurate job costing and estimation.
- Prepare accurate schedules for the project that can be presented to the clients
- Being proactive in resolving clients concerns.
- Coordinating tasks to different people on different sites to ensure uniformity upon project completion
- Inspect the progress and work quality throughout the project lifespan.
- Site measure quoting and production.
- Review and inspect on site with clients and consultants.
- Managing both internal and external risks within the project’s lifetime, such as poor planning designs, and government policies, which directly or indirectly affect the project
- Strong AutoCAD skills in commercial and high rise residential building construction
- Ability to work effectively to complete a project in a timely manner
- Experience in producing detailed construction document set
- Experience and strong knowledge in die drawings
- Contribute to the quality control of the project, attention to detail
- Follow safety standards and procedures
- Ability to understand and explain notes and related information to clarify drawings and provide for accurate interpretation
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Take on special projects as assigned by management
- Regular working hours are 8am to 5pm, overtime as required
- Minimum 3 years professional experience is required

**Qualifications and skills**
- 3-4 years of experience as a project manager or estimator.
- Detail oriented and organized.
- Reliable and punctual.
