Elias Custom Metal Fabrication Ltd. is an industry leader in custom metal fabrication. Our full-service range of in-house experts has allowed us to excel in the production of high-end retail fixtures & displays, electrical enclosures and custom commercial industrial and architectural work.

We are currently looking for a **Project Manager **to join our team.

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- On-going support for day-to-day project activities.
- Oversea the short-term and long-term goals of projects responsible for, including setting quality targets and adhering to deadlines.
- Maintain a high level of customer service with various clients post sale, keeping them up to date on the progress of their project, and any milestones achieved.
- Work internally with sales, engineers, and production with a primary focus on technical aspects.
- Performing quality control on the project throughout development to maintain the standards expected
- Adjust schedules and targets on the project as needed, and communicate these adjustments to the necessary stakeholders
- Handle multiple projects at once
- Project close-out

**Qualifications**
- Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in Project Management
- Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in manufacturing environment. Previous experience in metal fabrication preferred
- Effective negotiation skills and demonstrated ability to manage relationships
- Ability to read and understand blueprint drawings/specifications
- Technical knowledge and/or experience with machinery (laser cutting, brake forming, welding)
- Technical knowledge and/or experience with various types of metal (sheet metal, aluminum, brass, etc.)
- Must have strong verbal, written, and presentation skills to communicate with all levels of management and various customers
- An outgoing, driven, and engaging personality a must
- Must have a valid level G driver’s license and access to vehicle to travel to customer sites
