**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Inventory Management**:

- Source and acquire high-quality used vehicles.
- Monitor and manage inventory to meet market demand.
- Ensure competitive pricing and optimal turnover.
- **Sales Management**:

- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets.
- Support and oversee the sales team.
- Analyze sales performance and adjust strategies accordingly.
- **Staff Management**:

- Recruit, train, and manage the sales team.
- Conduct performance reviews and provide coaching.
- Foster a positive work environment.
- **Customer Relations**:

- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
- Maintain strong relationships with customers and generate referrals.
- **Financial Management**:

- Manage the department budget for cost control and profitability.
- Monitor and report on financial performance.
- Work with the finance department for customer financing options.
- **Marketing and Promotions**:

- Develop and execute marketing plans.
- Coordinate with marketing for online listings and advertisements.
- Stay informed about market trends and competitors.
- **Compliance and Documentation**:

- Ensure compliance with laws and dealership policies.
- Maintain accurate records of sales and inventory.
- Conduct regular audits for compliance and accuracy.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
- **Experience**: Minimum 3-5 years in automotive sales, with proven management experience.
- **Skills**:

- Strong leadership and team management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in financial management and budgeting.
- Knowledge of used car market trends and pricing.
- Analytical skills for sales data and market conditions.
- Proficient with dealership management software and CRM tools.
- **Licenses**: Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

**Working Conditions**:

- Office and showroom environment.
- Extended hours, including evenings and weekends, may be required.
- Occasional travel for auctions, conferences, and training.

Pay: $80,000.00-$140,000.00 per year

Flexible Language Requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

**Education**:

- Bachelor's Degree (preferred)
