**Your role, your impact**:
As an Oracle ERP Project Manager, you will provide expertise required to effectively implement and deliver Oracle Cloud ERP solutions to our clients. These solutions involve implementing Oracle Cloud HCM, Supply Chain, and Financials modules, among others.

Travel to client sites may be required up to 25% of the time.

**Your day-to-day**:

- **Manage the coordination of partners and working groups engaged in project work;**:

- Develop and maintain a detailed project plan using Smartsheet;
- Meet with team members on a biweekly basis to forecast hours;
- Ensure continuous management of the budget to actuals and forecast to completion;
- Manage project deliverables in line with the statement of work;
- Record and manage project issues and escalate them to the architecture advisor, where necessary;
- Monitor the project progress and performance;
- Maintain a cooperative, motivated and successful team;
- Liaise with the project steering committee and update them on the progress;
- Manage the project evaluation and dissemination activities;
- Manage the consultancy input within the defined budget;
- Work closely with the clients’ project manager (PM) and key users to ensure the project meets business needs.

**Keys to your success**:

- Bachelor’s degree or higher;
- Minimum 10 years of experience in ERP project management;
- Minimum 8 years of experience in Oracle ERP implementations;
- Experience in a flexible, innovative, and dynamic work environment;
- Written, spoken and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate and interact with senior and executive level management and influence outcomes.

Please note that due to the nature of the responsibilities of the position, a proficient level of English is required, in particular to communicate on a daily basis with employees and managers outside of Quebec.
