*Job Summary*The Functional Analyst serves as a subject-matter expert responsible for defining functional specifications, supporting solution delivery, maintenance, and upgrades. They analyze business needs, contribute to solution design, and collaborate closely with Product Owners and project teams. The role involves leading discussions with stakeholders and development teams, supporting strategic and complex initiatives, and ensuring solution quality, security, testing, and deployment. The Functional Analyst also helps optimize business processes and align solutions with industry best practices.*Main Responsibilities:** Act as a specialist to assess feasibility, design, and implement solutions using the Integrated Financial Management System.* Support solution design and implementation requiring development, collaborating with the technical (CEMLI) team.* Work with business partners to define needs, set priorities, and manage the product backlog.* Advise the Product Owner and development team by recommending functional options aligned with architecture.* Help define project scopes, including stories, releases, sprints, and testing phases.* Lead functional testing strategy and oversee execution of automated and manual tests end-to-end.* Manage implementations, incidents, and problems within assigned scope.* Maintain and update documentation and ensure data security.* Stay current on technologies and best practices and mentor the team on methods and tools.*Required Knowledge and Skills:** Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline* Minimum of six years of relevant experience with Oracle EBS or Oracle Fusion ERP* Knowledge of SQL language* Experience with Oracle Cloud (an asset)* Bilingual in French and English_*Analyste fonctionnel Oracle Fusion ERP (Lévis)*__*Connaissances et Compétences Requises :*_* _Baccalauréat dans une discipline pertinente_* _Minimum de six ans d’expérience pertinente avec Oracle EBS ou Oracle Fusion ERP_* _Connaissance du langage SQL_* _Expérience avec Oracle Cloud (un atout)_* _Bilinguisme français et anglais_Job Type: Fixed term contractContract length: 12 monthsPay: $70.00-$75.00 per hourExpected hours: 35 per weekWork Location: Hybrid remote in Montréal, QC
