As part of the Novipro Solution Applications and Consulting team, we offer a wide range of software solutions, consulting services and training for enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems. For ERP solutions, our clients are mainly in the manufacturing and distribution industries.

Novipro is currently looking for an ERP Project Manager to join our team to manage ERP implementation projects for our clients.

Main responsibilities

In your position with us, you will be expected to work on the following:

- Leading projects based on objectives and establishing timelines, project plans, budgets;
- Manage project meetings (project, management and/or executive committees, etc.) and liaise with internal clients;
- Ensure the quality of development and deliverables in accordance with standards and requirements;
- Assess and manage potential risks;
- Prepare management deliverables (project brief, work plan, management review, change requests, management report, outstanding items and risks) and obtain necessary approvals.

Required Qualifications

**Experience**:
At least five years cumulative experience in the Project Manager role;
- Experience managing large ERP implementation projects (an asset);
- University studies in computer science or administration or equivalent skills acquired through practice;
- Ability to accompany clients through all stages of a project;
- Proven customer approach;
- Knowledge of the manufacturing and/or distribution field (an asset).
- Knowledge of technical components:

- Good knowledge of the implementation cycle of a software solution;
- Mastery of project management processes and tools;
- Good knowledge of MS Project, MS Office;
- General knowledge of ERP solutions / software.

Other:

- Bilingual French, English, spoken and written;
- Ability to work under pressure and adaptability;
- Excellent communicator (oral and written);
- Autonomous, team player and team builder. Able to guide the team and maintain a good relationship with all people involved in the project
