Key Responsibilities

  • Website Maintenance:

Regularly updating, monitoring, and optimizing online sales to ensure it operates smoothly, securely and efficiently. This involves technical, content, and functional upkeep to maintain a seamless shopping experience for customers and support business goals such as sales, security, and performance.
- Search Engine Optimization (SEO):

Develop and execute strategies to improve organic search rankings and increase website traffic.
- Email Marketing:

Manage and grow our email marketing campaigns, including segment creation, compelling content development, and performance analysis.
- Social Media Management:

Plan, create, and schedule engaging content across key social media platforms to grow brand awareness and drive traffic.
- Digital Campaign Support:

Assist with the planning, execution, and reporting of various other digital marketing initiatives, such as paid advertising support and Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO).
- Performance Tracking:

Regularly track, analyze, and report on the performance of all marketing campaigns, providing actionable insights.

Qualifications

  • A degree or certificate in Business, Commerce, Marketing, Communications, or a similar field is strongly preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience in a digital marketing role, preferably within the
    e-commerce

sector.
- Strong understanding and hands-on experience with
SEO best practices

and tools.
- Proficiency with
marketing platforms

(e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Mailchimp).
- Demonstrable experience managing
business social media accounts

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
