**Job Overview**: This is an exciting, face-to-face role perfect for someone who enjoys being outdoors, talking to people, and thrives on performance-based rewards. As a Door-to-Door Marketing Representative, your mission is to connect with homeowners and book free painting estimates—no selling, just promoting our services and generating interest.

**Pay Range**: $20-$45 per hour (estimated based on $20/hr base pay + $25 per qualified lead)

Note: This is not a commission-only position. All reps are paid a guaranteed hourly wage with bonuses based on performance. On average, reps generate at least one qualified lead per hour.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Walk assigned neighbourhoods and knock on doors to introduce our services
- Start friendly conversations with homeowners to build rapport
- Offer free, no-obligation painting estimates
- Collect homeowner contact info and book appointments
- Log interactions and report progress to the team lead

Pay: $20.00-$30.00 per hour

- Weekends as needed
