**Job Overview**
Master Class Commercial Cleaning is seeking an energetic and driven Outdoor Marketing and Sales Representative to join our team. This role focuses on generating leads, promoting our cleaning services, and establishing relationships with businesses in the designated areas. As this is a commission-based position, your earnings will be directly tied to your performance, giving you the opportunity to control your income.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct outdoor marketing in Burlington, Hamilton, Oakville, Mississauga, Brampton, and Milton.
- Approach potential clients to introduce Master Class Commercial Cleaning’s services.
- Develop new sales strategies and identify growth opportunities in targeted regions.
- Represent the company at local events or networking opportunities.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.

**Requirements**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to work independently and be self-motivated.
- Prior experience in sales or marketing is a plus but not mandatory.
- Familiarity with the local market (Burlington, Hamilton, Oakville, Mississauga, Brampton, Milton) is preferred.
