**Duties include**:

- Assist with showing units to prospective tenants.
- Ensure customer service satisfaction, conduct customer service calls following tenant move ins.

**Qualifications**:

- Demonstrate strong customer service skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to troubleshoot and problem solve effectively.
- Demonstrate enthusiasm and energy.
- Multi-task, organize work flow and remain detail oriented.
- Work independently as well as with a team.
- Knowledge of the Landlord Tenant Act, Human Rights Code and other applicable legislation would be an asset.
- Weekend & Evening availability required.

**Education & Experience**:

- High school diploma or 2 years work related experience.
- Previous experience renting apartments and assisting tenants would be an asset.
- Experienced in sales, customer service, or related field would be an asset.
- Valid driver’s license with satisfactory driving record and automobile insurance.
