Sportsbook Operations Agent

**TL/DR**:
The Sportsbook Operations Associate is responsible for various tasks related to the upkeep of user-facing content, coverage management, and providing support to the Sportsbook Team. This role involves documenting, triaging, and resolving level 1 issues while ensuring the smooth operation of the Rivalry Sportsbook.

**The nitty-gritty**:
**Primary Responsibilities**:

- Add match streams for all matches on the site in core languages.
- Add logos for all Esports teams for on-site use. This includes sourcing and uploading high-quality logos, verifying their accuracy, and ensuring they are visually appealing and consistent with the overall site design. Regularly update and maintain the logo library to reflect any changes or additions to the teams.
- Monitor existing coverage to ensure start times and matchups are accurate and up to date.
- Plan future coverage by ensuring all upcoming esports and sports tournaments/leagues will have betting coverage
- Monitor live matches to ensure the availability of live coverage and uptime of live coverage are functioning as expected.
- Intake and triage inbound alerts from third-party partners.
- Intake and triage inbound issues from the Customer Support Team and users.
- Communicate and collaborate with third-party support teams as necessary to resolve issues efficiently and accurately.

**Additional responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with the Sportsbook Team to implement new features and enhancements.
- Perform regular quality checks on user-facing content and report any inconsistencies or errors.
- Assist in the creation and maintenance of documentation related to sportsbook operations.
- Provide support and guidance to other team members and departments as needed.
- Stay updated on industry trends, esports news, and general changes in the esports betting landscape.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance knowledge and skills related to the role.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives to optimize team efficiency and player satisfaction.
