**Qualifications**:

- New or experienced Mortgage agent with a graduation degree.
- Understanding of the mortgage lending process and applicable regulatory requirements.

- Strong knowledge of the broader real estate industry and mortgage market.
- Strong negotiation skills
- Verbal & written communication skills
