**Are you the go-to person for keeping things organized, on time, and running smoothly?** We’re looking for a dependable, detail-oriented, and approachable HR Generalist (Part-Time) to support the day-to-day HR operations that keep our workplace efficient, and our team supported. If you enjoy being the person everyone turns to for follow-ups, answers, and organization, this could be the perfect fit.

**What You’ll Do**
- Support full-cycle recruitment: post job ads, screen applicants, schedule interviews
- Assist with onboarding and orientation to help new hires feel welcome and ready
- Respond to HR-related questions and provide clear, timely information
- Maintain employee records and support documentation accuracy and compliance
- Track performance reviews and probationary check-ins to ensure consistency
- Provide payroll and benefits support in collaboration with the accounting team
- Help administer employee programs and benefits enrollment
- Assist with workplace investigations in collaboration with senior HR or external advisors
- Coordinate training logistics, including DEI and cultural competency sessions
- Maintain HR policies, job descriptions, and updates to the intranet site
- Support communication and coordination with union representatives as needed
- Assist with grievance intake and ensure proper documentation and process adherence
- Organize staff events and culture initiatives that support engagement
- Support a safe, respectful, and compliant working environment

**What You Bring (and if you don’t have it all - take the chance and still apply)**
- Diploma or higher in Human Resources (CPHR is a plus, but not required)
- 3+ years of HR experience, including experience in unionized workplaces
- Working knowledge of employment standards, HR policies, and collective agreements
- Familiarity with benefits administration and payroll (that’s a plus)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to manage details while keeping things moving
