Front Office Receptionist

Our Kitchener Office is looking for a qualified and experienced individual to join our brokerage. We are a continuously growing brokerage located in the Kitchener-Waterloo area with approximately 70 agents.
**Qualifications**:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong customer service skills
Strong Organization
Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment
Ability to work alone or as part of a team
Quick Learner with a Professional demeanor
Ability to effectively communicate with clients, agent and suppliers in a professional manner
Knowledge and experience using BrokerBay, WEBforms, Docusign, Matrix, FileHold, Sentrikey, and Lonewolf an asset but not mandatory.
Knowledge and experience using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word and Excel)
**Responsibilities Include**:
Processing New Listings
Following up with Agents about submitting outstanding paperwork
Managing Listing Appointments on BrokerBay
Providing Agent Support
Ordering Supplies, Communicating with Property Management and handyman for repairs
Preparing Reports for Managers and Agents
Social media post creation, scheduling, and management
Office communication, creating and sending daily newsletter
Oversees part-time staff
Handles internal courier bag
Receives deposit cheques and provides receipt to customer and agents
Pages messages to agents
