Fires Alive is a Fireplace and BBQ store serving Peterborough and Lindsay, ON, we offer a curated selection of premium fireplaces (wood, gas, propane, pellet, electric), BBQs, smokers, outdoor fire features, and daylighting solutions.

We are seeking a full time, detail-oriented and results-driven **Sales & Project Coordinator** to join our team. This role involves coordinating sales activities, managing project timelines, and ensuring smooth execution from initial client contact to final installation. Job is Monday to Friday 10-6pm, and every other Saturday 10-4pm.

**Responsibilities**
- Coordinate and track sales projects from initial proposal through to completion.
- Work closely with the sales team to prepare quotes, proposals, and client presentations.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring deadlines are met.
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates and address questions or concerns.
- Liaise between internal team and other contractors and teams to ensure project requirements are met.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, project milestones, and client communications.
- Ensure all sales and project documentation is accurate, complete, and organized.
- Unload shipments into warehousing sea cans

**Experience & Skills**
- Proven experience in sales coordination, project coordination, or a related role.
- Strong understanding of sales processes and client relationship management.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills with high attention to detail.
- QuickBooks experience an asset, willing to train.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.

Pay: $20.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

**Experience**:

- Retail sales: 2 years (preferred)

- Forklift Licence (preferred)
