**Position Category**:Full-time

**Position Hours**:35 Per Week

**Salary**:$20 Per hour

**_Job Duties and Responsibilities_**

**Job Summary and Objective**:
We are looking for someone who is willing to learn and grow with the company. All the skills required for the job can be learned on the job. However, having basic computer skills and the ability to learn efficiently will be an asset.

**Job Duties**:

- _Managing inventory _
- Track the status of inventory from the purchase to the sale phase. This includes:

- Processing payments for the vehicles using our online portal.
- Coordinating parts purchasing with various vendors.
- Tracking inventory age on our CRM system
- Schedule customer appointments
- Maintain customer retention and referral programs.
- _Manage Advertising and Social media accounts. _
- Advertise inventory on a variety of platforms including: Carculus website, Kijiji, Facebook Marketplace and Autotrader.
- Take pictures of new vehicles in inventory and upload to marketing channels.
- Review the effectiveness of marketing channels on a monthly basis and recommend changes for improvement.

**Job Qualifications**:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience using CRM software.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work well with others.

**Condition(s) of Employment**
- Have a Valid Ontario Driver’s license.
- Ability to get insured with Carculus commercial garage policy without unreasonably high insurance costs.

**Salary**: From $20.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Peterborough, ON K9L 1B8: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Project management: 1 year (preferred)
