Master Data Management Administrator

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:
Data Processes
- Ensure that master data is entered, changed and deleted as agreed in service levels and data rules
- Ensure master data is consistently updated over different systems and that mapping tables are up to date
- Processing requests of changing master data items, customers, and suppliers, in line with approved data rules

Data Quality
- Maintaining Master Data for Nutreco: Content, security, process improvements
- Initiate data corrective actions based on analysis; manually and automated

Process
- Develop proper controls, procedures, and data standards in cooperation with the Master Data Specialist (MDS) and the Global Master Data Manager.
- Assist in other administration and project work as required.

Legal requirements
- Monitors legal requirements related to master data and provides recommendations for adjustments to the Master Data Specialist

**PREFERRED HIRING CRITERIA**:

- 2-5 years working experience with Master Data Administration and Master Data Tools
- Ability to prioritize work and have a keen focus on Accuracy
- Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills
- Analytical skills; advanced Excel skills, with the ability to analyze and compare data
- Ability to handle tight timelines, Flexible and pro-active attitude
- Languages: fluent in English. Spanish or Portuguese also considered an asset.
