**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:
Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

- Shape the marketing strategy, annual plans, and communication tactics for the company.
- Lead a team of marketing specialists including digital marketing
- Implement standards and best practices for market and competitive intelligence
- Provide overall leadership in the promotion of our branded products and services as the foundation of our value proposition
- Shape and implement the internal communications strategy around our “Return to Sustainable growth” strategy - strategy explanation, progress updates (multimedia together with North America Managing Director) with the goal of improving company engagement through communication.
- Provide marketing support to our Dealer network; ensuring correct use of our branding guidelines
- Responsible for Corporate Communications
- Represent Trouw Nutrition North America on the Global Marketing and Communications Community
- Crisis communication plan professionalization and stakeholder training

**Digital Communications**
- Responsible and accountable for managing multi-channel digital communications platforms and content
- Ensure customer engagement and customer journeys are assessed through all the channels and digital touch points
- Ensure performance metrics and analytics are used to measure outcomes across the organization
- Ensure ongoing alignment and collaboration with the Global Marketing and Communications team

**Reporting and Analytics**
- Oversee marketing budget forecasting and reconciliation to business goals
- Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns and assesses against goals (ROI and KPIs).
- Track all marketing and sales data and creates written reports and verbal presentations to bring to senior executives.
- Adjust marketing campaigns and strategies as needed in response to collected data and business feedback

**PREFERRED HIRING CRITERIA**:

- BA or Masters degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business, or related field, MBA preferred
- Strong business accume, acquired through industry experience and/or through education;
- Minimum 10-12 of experience working in a commercial or marketing environment;
- Analytical thinking with an entrepreneurial mindset.
- Strong project management and time management skills.
- Ability to lead and function as a team player in a cross-functional management structure;
- Demonstrated success in shaping organization culture.
- Exposure to Digital, Web, and omnichannel marketing, considered an asset.
- Exhibit excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to communicate to all different levels in the organization, with targeted messages.
- Strong cross-cultural interpersonal skills and ability to relate well to people at all levels.
- Experience working in a fast-paced deadline-oriented environment
- Self-motivated with a positive and professional approach to management.
- Experience in agriculture, pharmaceutical, feed or food industry preferable;
- English required, French is an asset.
