**About Us**

Step is an innovative fitness platform offering **dance, fitness, and martial arts** classes through live and on-demand sessions. We’re on a mission to make top-tier training accessible to everyone, and we need a **Digital Marketing Specialist** to help us grow our audience across North America.

If you're a **data-driven, creative marketer** who knows how to drive app downloads, boost engagement, and generate conversions, we want you on our team

**What You’ll Do**
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to **increase app downloads and user engagement**.
- Run and optimize **paid ad campaigns** (Meta, Google, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
- Build and manage **influencer and affiliate marketing programs**.
- Implement and optimize **SEO strategies** to enhance app visibility.
- Analyze marketing data to track performance and improve campaign effectiveness.
- Stay on top of the latest **trends in digital marketing and app growth**.

**Who You Are**
- **3+ years of experience in digital marketing**, with a strong background in **app marketing and user acquisition**.
- Proficient in **Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and performance marketing strategies**.
- Strong experience with **social media marketing, content creation, and community growth**.
- Experience with **influencer partnerships and affiliate marketing** is a plus.
- Passion for fitness, dance, or martial arts is highly desirable

Pay: $55,000.00-$65,000.00 per year

- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- North Vancouver, BC V7L 1B3: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's Degree (preferred)
