Rise Above Sports Group is a Professional Sports Agency for International and American Basketball Players where we focus on overseas job placements through representation, professional level development through our partnered athletic trainers, opportunities for players to been seen or viewed by our connections of partnered agents, teams, and coaches for a player to be placed on a professional team directly through combines and international tours. We are well known internationally and in the US and take pride in always putting our clients first in mind when managing each client's career on a high professional level. Must be able to speak english for communications WE NOW OFFER BASEBALL, SOCCER, AND FOOTBALL PROFESSIONAL OPPORTUNITIES. We are seeking multiple agents for our for our divisions whom are looking to grow thier clientele on a high profile scale and have extensive access to american and international players. AGENT Job Role Must be licensed to apply Seeking agents licensed for FIBA or FIFA, NBA/WNBA, MLPBA, Intermediaries, NHL, NFLPA ect. Manage Clients that sign through representation. Provide feedback for prospective clients who are seeking job placements Manage Social Media Account for Rise Above Sports Group for Basketball Baseball, Soccer, Football etc. / Promote Events/ Promote Players - Stats/ Signings/ Game Films/ Workouts or use personal social media platforms to be advertise Travel to Tours or Combines to find or meet talent ( Accommodations Included depending on availability and proximity to each event location ) ( Travel not required but recommended for all events in the States or Internationally for best results ) Experience Expectations This is a Job that is remote so you will be working from home Travel again is not required but recommended to attend to be able to connect with players, coaches, partnering agents and international and or US professional teams focused workouts for selected players only. Here's an overview.......Check - Ins are twice a month to connect on a agency and business standpoint. Consultations are scheduled on your time on your availability. IG/ Podcast Interview Meetings with Coaches/Agents or Brand Promotion Partners are scheduled in advance and must be in attendance at least 2/4 Meetings virtually via ZOOM ( Not Required recommended to introduce and communicate with in our prospective community of agents, recruiters and, consultants as well as pro trainers also for updates for current events/ if cannot attend then can be induvidually confrenced with) Please note that this position is 100% commission **Job Type**: Permanent Pay: $3,387.06-$3,692.71 per month Flexible Language Requirement: - French not required Schedule: - Monday to Friday - Weekend availability Supplemental pay types: - Bonus pay - Commission pay COVID-19 considerations: Yes, for all travel must either be vaccinated or be able to test upon leaving in and out all destinations.
