Warehouse Manager

**Overview**
We are looking for an organized and experienced **Warehouse Manager** to oversee operations at our Pallet Facility. In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing staff, inventory, and workflow while ensuring wooden pallet production and repair meet quality and safety standards. This position requires strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and the ability to keep operations running efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
**Responsibilities**
- Oversee daily warehouse and pallet facility operations (production, repair, storage, and shipping).
- Manage and support warehouse staff, ensuring productivity, safety, and teamwork.
- Monitor inventory of lumber, nails, hardware, and finished pallets; order materials as needed.
- Track workflow, maintain schedules, and meet production and delivery targets.
- Ensure equipment (forklifts, nail guns, saws, etc.) is properly maintained and safe to use.
- Enforce health and safety standards, keeping a clean and organized work environment.
- Maintain accurate records of materials, repairs, shipments, and staff scheduling.
- Work with logistics and transportation teams to ensure customer orders are completed on time.
**Experience & Skills**
- 3-5 years of experience in warehouse, pallet, or lumber operations (management experience preferred).
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to train, motivate, and manage a team.
- Knowledge of inventory control and warehouse practices.
- Hands-on experience with warehouse equipment (forklifts, hand tools, power tools etc.).
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and step into operational tasks when needed.
- Dependable, safety-focused, and committed to efficiency and quality.

Pay: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
