**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, including shipping & receiving, inventory control, and order fulfillment.
- Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
- Manage profit & loss statements and develop budgets to ensure financial targets are met.
- Utilize lean methodologies to streamline operations and improve workflow.
- Coordinate transportation planning and logistics to optimize freight movement.
- Supervise warehouse staff, providing leadership and training to ensure high performance.
- Collaborate with supply chain management to forecast demand and manage inventory levels effectively.
- Maintain compliance with safety regulations and company policies within the warehouse environment.
- Utilize ERP systems for tracking inventory levels, orders, and operational metrics.
- Develop strategies for continuous improvement in warehouse distribution processes.

**Experience**
- Proven experience as a Warehouse Operations Manager or similar role within logistics or supply chain environments.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and transportation management systems (TMS).
- Familiarity with 3PL (third-party logistics) operations and NVOCC (Non-Vessel Operating Common Carrier) practices is preferred.
- Experience in budgeting, production planning, materials management, procurement, and fleet management.
- Proficient in supply chain analytics to drive decision-making processes.
- Background in dispatching, freight handling, shipping & receiving, and inventory management is essential.
- Supervising experience with a focus on team development and performance enhancement.

Pay: $68,000.00-$78,000.00 per year
