**Automotive Sales Consultant**

**This is an exciting and dynamic position. You’re day will be spent posting content on social media. We will provide a personal Facebook account associated with Pacific Nations Auto Sales. You will be responsible for creating and posting interesting and engaging content. This will allow you to generate leads, you will be directly bonused on the leads you generate.**

**You will also build a customer database my reacting and commenting on the profiles friends posts. You’ll have a goal to get the account to 4500 friends, and will have conversations with them to build rapport and a relationship. Our goal is to prospect on Facebook in a way that is not intrusive and natural. When the time comes for someone on your account to buy a vehicle we will have a chance and turning that relationship into a sales lead and potential sale.**

**Once the prospect turns into a sale you will be responsible for showing the client a vehicle and potentially delivering it to them if they are from out of town. Pacific Nations Auto Sales covers the costs of delivery and will prepare all necessary sales documents. You will be paid commission on your Sales.**

**We are looking for someone with an outgoing personality who is well organized and has a strong drive to succeed.**

**The most important thing we are looking for is someone with a strong customer service background who truly cares about our clients and who is committed to proving 5-Star customer service.**

**Basic computer, cell phone and social media skills are a must have. A class 5 drivers license and clean driving history are required.**

**We've got an amazing and positive work environment, we do daily team building activities like trivia games. We have pizza day every Friday and Startbucks day of Wednesday. Its a very fun job**

**We really want our next team member to have a fun energy while also being organized and hard worker.**

**Requirements**:

- Valid Class 5 Drivers License
- Great customer service skills
- A desire to provide our client with top tier 5 Star Customer Service

**Wage**:

Previous automotive experience is not necessary, previous sales experience is not necessary.

We strongly suggest a strong background in some form in customer. service. It could be a cashier, a call Center, a waitress/waiter, really anything where you’ve developed experience dealing with customers.
