Full or Part Time Sales Associate

Greet customers and provide exceptional customer service
- Assist customers in finding products/gifts and making purchasing decisions
- Gift wrap items for customer
- Upsell products and services to maximize sales
- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits
- Handle all types of transactions including cash/debit/credit/giftcards etc
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor and front desk
- Stock shelves and ensure products are properly displayed
- Unpack new shipments. Inventory duties including pricing, counting, barcoding etc
- Extra stock needs to be taken down a flight of stairs. Must be able to bring boxes + inventory + recycling up and down stairs.
- Answer customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints

**Experience**:

- Prior experience in retail sales or customer service is required. 2 years min preferred experience
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers and provide exceptional service
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and calculating discounts

As a Sales Associate, you will play a key role in providing an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. You will be responsible for assisting customers, selling products, re-stocking inventory, cleaning, conducting product demos to customers, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Your friendly demeanor, excellent communication skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment will contribute to your success in this role.
