**Chow Tai Fook Toronto is looking for a Sales Associate**

Chow Tai Fook at Eaton Centre is seeking a dynamic and friendly **Sales Associate** to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and being part of a well-established, reputable brand.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide a warm and welcoming greeting to all customers upon arrival.
- Assist customers with their inquiries, ensuring a seamless shopping experience.
- Guide guests to appropriate areas of the store, ensuring smooth traffic flow.
- Maintain a clean and organized entry area, ensuring the space is tidy and well-stocked.
- Manage guest queues efficiently to ensure timely and courteous service.
- Prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple responsibilities.
- Positive attitude and a welcoming presence to engage with guests.
- Fluency in Cantonese or Mandarin is **required**.
- Sales experience is an asset
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.

Work location: CF Eaton Centre

Training location: CF Fairview Mall
