**Job Description - Data Entry**

**Summary**

This position is responsible for a wide variety of clerical and data entry.

Hours Monday to Friday 8:00 am - 4:30 pm

In-office position - Unit 20 - 395 Park St, - Regina - SK- S4N 5B2

**Job Duties**
- Data entry and transposing of invoice information
- Tracking down missing documentation
- Accurate billing/invoicing of entries
- Provide guidance and assistance to clients when required
- Other duties as assigned by the manager

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or GED, or an acceptable combination of education and experience
- Minimum typing skills of 40 words per minute with high accuracy rate
- Outstanding time management skills are very important
- Must have strong interpersonal skills to be able to work with clients and co-workers effectively
- Strong analytical thought process
- Outstanding written and verbal skills to communicate with all levels of the organization
- Outstanding customer service skills
- Ability to work with mínimal supervision

**Working Conditions**
- Manual dexterity is required to use desktop computers and peripherals.

**Salary**: $38,000.00 per year
