**Responsibilities**:

- **Data Entry and Management**: Accurately and promptly input information regarding projects, clients, and tasks into our project management and CRM systems (e.g., Jira, Salesforce). Ensure data accuracy and relevance through regular updates and verification.
- **Electronic Document Management**: Scan, categorize, and upload documents to electronic archives, ensuring their accessibility and security. Organize and maintain electronic filing systems for efficient employee access.
- **Report Preparation and Analysis**: Generate regular reports based on entered data for various company departments using data visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI). Analyze data to identify trends and provide valuable insights.
- **Interdepartmental Collaboration**: Work closely with marketing, sales, development, and support teams to ensure data accuracy and completeness. Assist colleagues with system-related queries and participate in cross-functional projects.
- **Process Optimization**: Identify and implement methods to optimize and automate routine data entry tasks using macros, scripts, or specialized software. Participate in initiatives to enhance data quality and information management efficiency.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or higher
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to effectively manage time and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong communication skills
- Experience with CRM systems and project management tools is an advantage
