Purpose of Position

The Data Associate will be responsible for administering Colliers CRM database to ensure data integrity on a timely basis. Additional responsibilities will include canvassing industrial, retail and office tenants in the province, obtaining lease details, sales information and entering the collected data into the system. The Data Associate will also perform a variety of duties including searches, data collection and data management, as well as special projects from time to time.

Summary of Essential Job Functions:

- Develop advanced skills in using Microsoft CRM for database management, data entry, and verification tasks.
- Familiarize with commercial real estate and Colliers International.
- Canvass industrial business parks, retail corridors, and office buildings.
- Manage and update the CRM database, including detailed entries for property records, contact records, and company records. Ensure accuracy and integrity of data for all entries.
- Conduct a variety of information searches (availability, ownership, zoning restrictions, tenant, and transaction information) utilizing internal and external resources.
- Assist with survey calling to obtain accurate availability and vacancy information.
- Upload and verify data in the CRM system, including property listings, transaction verifications for our deals, and other relevant transactions.
- Perform thorough quality control checks to ensure accurate reporting and analysis of market conditions.
- Actively participate in meetings with the Data Market Intelligence and sales teams.
- Respond to requests from real estate brokers, including supporting marketing strategies.
- Confirm tenants within major office properties through building walks.
- Other duties as required.

**Job Type**: Part-time
