**Responsibilities and Duties**:

- Prepare financial reports for Senior Management by collecting, formatting, analyzing, and explaining financial and operational information
- Partner with business leaders on establishing the annual budget, tracking quarterly developments and providing monthly forecast for divisional sales and expenses
- Evaluate financial performance by comparing and analyzing actual results with budgets and forecasts, identifying trends, and making improvement recommendations
- Support the business by ensuring management and teams are provided with sufficient financial data, models, analysis, insight. Provide support for business plans, forecasts, and business initiatives to enable performance delivery and support decision-making that leverages data
- Cost-benefit assessments and scenario analyses
- Develop reports and dashboards for key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Prepare various financial reports and gather data for shareholders, investors, and creditors
- Work with the CFO and project teams to provide ad hoc analysis and reporting, including M&A projects
- Support the accounting team in the annual financial statements audit process
- Play a key role in developing new processes and implementing new systems to support continuous growth and change

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, accounting, or finance profile
- Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in a similar role
- Ability to work effectively and efficiently without any direct supervision or guidance
- Strong analytical skills, ability to exhibit and utilize logical thinking in the process of gathering and analyzing information; attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills both written & verbal
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel required
- Knowledge of PowerBi - an asset
- Knowledge in Structured Query Language (SQL) - an asset
- Possess excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Ability to work and thrive in a team-based environment
