Role and Responsibilities (English will follow) Dans le cadre de ses fonctions, les tâches suivantes incombent à l'Analyste financier: - Assister l'équipe d’analystes financiers dans plusieurs domaines tels que l’ensemble des étapes de la clôture mensuelle et la préparation de divers rapports financiers mensuels et trimestriels. - Vérifier et analyser les chiffres mensuels. - Travailler en étroite collaboration avec la haute direction. - Participer aux processus annuels d'établissement des budgets et des prévisions. - Participer à différents projets spéciaux et à des analyses ponctuelles. **Qualifications**: - Diplôme universitaire en comptabilité ou en finances. - Accréditation reconnue en comptabilité (CMA, CA, CGA). - Un minimum de 4 à 6 ans d’expérience professionnelle dans le domaine de l'analyse financière (responsabilité en matière d'information financière ou d'analyse du rendement financier). - Capable de travailler sur des projets de manière autonome. - Expérience en matière de consolidation. - Esprit créatif, capacité de proposer des idées innovantes. - Bonnes aptitudes analytiques et techniques. - Solides compétences relationnelles avec une capacité manifeste à communiquer des idées et des actions aux salariés de l'entreprise à tous les niveaux de celle-ci. - Axé sur les résultats avec un souci du détail prononcé. - Bonne connaissance de la suite Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint). - Connaissance des systèmes Hyperion Enterprise et Oracle, un atout - Maîtrise de l'anglais et francais. **** In this role, the Financial Analyst will be responsible to: - Assist the financial analysts' team in several areas (all steps of monthly closing, preparation of various monthly and quarterly financial reports, etc.) - Verify and analyze monthly figures. - Work closely with management. - Participate in the annual budget and forecasting processes. - Participate in different special projects and ad hoc analyses. **Qualifications**: - University degree in accounting or finance. - Recognized accounting certification (CMA, CA, CGA). - Minimum of 4 to 6 years of previous financial analyst responsibilities, such as financial reporting and analyzing financial performance. - Capable of working on projects with little guidance. - Consolidation experience. - Creative mind/able to think outside of the box. - Good analytical and technical skills. - Strong interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to effectively communicate ideas and actions to people at all levels of the organization. - Results-oriented with strong attention to detail. - Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint). - Knowledge of Hyperion Enterprise and Oracle systems, an asset. - Fluency in English and French LI-CG1 Position Type Regular CAE thanks all applicants for their interest.
