Nous assurons la gestion efficace de divers immeubles résidentiels et commerciaux avec un service personnalisé et rigoureux. **Position Overview / Sommaire du poste** **Key Responsibilities / Responsabilités principales** - Assist with day-to-day property operations and administration - Respond to tenant inquiries and service requests - Coordinate maintenance work orders and follow-ups - Prepare and update lease agreements and tenant files - Communicate with suppliers, contractors, and service providers - Monitor rent collections and follow up on outstanding balances - Support budgeting, reporting, and invoicing tasks - Ensure compliance with building rules and procedures - Appuyer la gestion quotidienne des opérations immobilières - Répondre aux demandes et aux requêtes des locataires - Coordonner les ordres de travail et assurer les suivis de maintenance - Préparer et mettre à jour les baux et les dossiers des locataires - Communiquer avec les fournisseurs, entrepreneurs et prestataires - Suivre la perception des loyers et les soldes impayés - Appuyer les tâches liées à la facturation, aux budgets et aux rapports - Veiller au respect des règles et procédures des immeubles **Qualifications / Qualifications** - Experience in property administration or real estate (required) - Strong organizational and interpersonal skills - Proficient in Microsoft Office - **Knowledge of Building Stack and/or QuickBooks is a strong asset**: - Bilingualism (French/English) required or strongly preferred - Ability to multitask and manage priorities independently - Professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail - Expérience en administration immobilière ou dans le secteur immobilier (requis) - Excellentes compétences organisationnelles et relationnelles - Maîtrise de Microsoft Office - **La connaissance des logiciels Building Stack et/ou QuickBooks est un atout important**: - Bilinguisme (français/anglais) requis ou fortement préféré - Capacité à gérer plusieurs tâches et à prioriser de façon autonome - Professionnalisme, discrétion et souci du détail **What We Offer / Ce que nous offrons** - 35-hour work week / Semaine de travail de 35 heures - Hourly wage based on experience / Salaire horaire selon l’expérience - Growing company with opportunities for advancement / Entreprise en expansion avec possibilités d’avancement - Supportive and professional team environment / Environnement de travail professionnel et collaboratif Only those selected for an interview will be contacted.
