**Hotel Reservation & Revenue Coordinator**

Main objective of this position is to maximize hotel revenue through daily management of room inventory and pricing across all segments. In this role you will help develop and recommend room rates and availability strategies to optimize the best mix of business through multiple distribution channels.

**What you will do**:

- Support the Inn’s yield efforts, via analysis and reporting that ensures all segments and distribution channels are maximized for revenue opportunities based on budget, forecast, pace and market demand.
- Maximize revenue potential and ensure proactive and accurate maintenance and management of all systems including Booking Engines/Channel Manager and CRS systems. Identify promotional opportunities for all segments and channels.
- Prepare and validate all required data entry for daily, weekly and monthly reports used for monitoring performance against budget, forecast and previous years performance.
- Input rate hurdles, monitor forecast demand, update group forecasting and running daily system checks. Assist with training of new associates as necessary on revenue management tools.
- Maintain a working knowledge of the sales, front office, accounting area, demand periods and seasons.
- Maintaining an ongoing communication with the Front office staff, Meeting & Banquet Co-ordinator and General Manager is critical.

**EDUCATION & QUALIFICATIONS**
- College degree and minimum 2 years revenue management experience or equivalent experience in the hotel industry
- Strong technical skills in Word, Excel, Outlook and working knowledge of reservations system and revenue management data.
- Demonstrates an aptitude for problem solving and problem identification.
- Ability to collect, analyze and interpret revenue performance data
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and responsibilities at once
- Good English communication
- Highly motivated, good team player, adaptable and proactive

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $20.00 per hour
