Fall River, Canada Inn On The Lake Full time

As the Night Auditor at Inn On The Lake you will be responsible for balancing cash and completing balance sheets, cash reports and related forms.

Offering exceptional customer service. A courteous and professional manner is essential to create a positive guest experience during their stay.

The agent will be responsible for working with a Multi-line switchboard, Word processing software, Database software, Computerized bookkeeping system, Central reservation system (CRS), Spreadsheet and the Internet

Work Schedule: 11 pm to 7 am

Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a 1 year program, or equivalent experience

Experience & Skills:

- Display a team player attitude
- Possess good interpersonal skills
- Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Multi
- tasked, Quick learner and attention to detail
- Capable of working with or without Supervision
- Has a pleasant & outgoing attitude and enjoys working with the public
- Fluent in English, both verbal and written

Primary Duties:

- Balancing the sales for the day
- Register arriving guests and assign rooms,
- Process group arrivals and departures,
- Take, cancel and change room reservations,
- Provide information on hotel facilities and services,
- Provide general information about points of interest in the area,
- Exchange foreign currency,
- Process guests' departures, calculate charges and receive payments,
- Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports and related forms,
- Follow emergency and safety procedures,
- Clerical duties (i.e. faxing, filing, photocopying),
- Handle wake-up calls,
- Provide customer service,
- Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages

Must have own transportation, public transit not available

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From $17.00 per hour
