You’ll enjoy the tremendous satisfaction of being part of a team making a change for good. **Main Responsibilities** - Drive the development of new leads and market opportunities within selected accounts within Canada - Develop suitable Sales Account Plan and Go-to-Market strategies - Successfully growth orders and sales, influence specifications, and support pipeline development efforts - Be accountable for meeting or exceeding the orders, sales, and margin targets - Shape and Deliver Value-Added propositions to customers and key accounts - Provide technical expertise during customer presentations, demonstrations, evaluations, and testing - Support Commercial Segment Leaders and Product Line Leaders with definition and execution of the Product Line strategy, with emphasis on Product enhancement, New Product Introductions, and value proposition - Be an essential link between customers and Grid Automation’s marketing, engineering, and product development teams - Develop and cultivate long-term relationships at all levels of customer organizations - Provide market dynamics input, such as competitive intelligence and industry trends to the Marketing and technology team - Participate and contribute to industry guides, conferences, and standards **Required Qualifications** - Bachelor's Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering - Minimum of 5 years of sales, technical and business development experience - Ability and willingness to travel:
