**Job Overview**
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers to provide essential support and assistance to individuals in need of personal care. As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for our clients, particularly seniors and individuals with disabilities. Your responsibilities will encompass a range of tasks aimed at ensuring comfort, safety, and well-being.

**Duties**
- Provide patient care and assistance with daily living activities, including bathing, grooming, and dressing.
- Support individuals with disabilities by facilitating their daily routines and promoting independence.
- Assist with meal preparation, ensuring that clients receive nutritious meals according to dietary requirements.
- Administer medication as prescribed, monitoring for any side effects or changes in condition.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients by performing light housekeeping duties.
- Engage clients in meaningful activities to promote mental and emotional well-being.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance the overall quality of life for clients.
- Assist with heavy lifting as needed, ensuring proper techniques are used to maintain safety.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in senior care, assisted living, nursing homes, or similar environments is preferred but not required.
- Strong understanding of patient care principles and practices.
- Ability to work effectively with individuals with disabilities and provide compassionate support.
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor to foster positive relationships with clients.
- Basic knowledge of medication administration protocols is a plus.
- Must be physically capable of performing heavy lifting and standing for extended periods.
- A commitment to maintaining a clean and organized living space for clients is essential.
