We bring creativity, professionalism, and a unique flair to each of our events. We’re currently seeking a talented and organized Event Talent Manager and Costume Coordinator to join our team

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities:Talent Management**
- Coordinate schedules, call times, and event logistics for performers across various events.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for talent, ensuring they receive all event details and are informed of their roles and responsibilities.
- Oversee talent check-in, costume fittings, and final preparations on event days.
- Provide guidance, manage on-site issues, and ensure a positive experience for all talent members.

**Costume Coordination**
- Prepare, organize, and distribute costumes for talent prior to each event, ensuring all items are clean, in excellent condition, and properly stored.
- Collaborate with designers and costume suppliers to source, maintain, and update costumes as needed.
- Ensure costumes meet the needs of each performance, including LED equipment and themed props, and ensure safe handling and storage.
- Maintain a detailed costume inventory, including repairs, replacements, and any custom fittings or alterations.

**Event Coordination**
- Work closely with the event production team to ensure seamless event execution and troubleshoot any on-site challenges related to talent or costumes.
- Ensure secure changing areas for talent at event locations and provide essentials such as water, snacks, and equipment as outlined in the client contract.
- Assist with any additional tasks as needed to ensure the event runs smoothly and is executed to the highest standard.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in event management, talent coordination, or similar role within the entertainment or performing arts industry.
- Experience in costume handling and maintenance, with knowledge of special equipment (e.g., LED attire).
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage talent and client relationships.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, based on event schedules.

Pay: From $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 3 - 20 per week
