We’re looking for a friendly, motivated, and detail-oriented Receptionist/VOA to join our team. We are an AAHA accredited, family owned and operated Veterinary clinic, providing care since 1984.

**What You'll Do**:

- Be the Face of Our Clinic_

Greet clients and their furry friends with a smile (and maybe some puppy cuddles).

Answer phones, schedule appointments, and make sure everything runs like clockwork.

Provide clients with info about services, pricing, and general clinic policies.
- Stay Organised & On-Top of Things_

Handle check-ins, check-outs, and billing info with precision.
- Be the Appointment Pro_

Manage appointments like a scheduling ninja From routine exams to urgent visits, you’ll make sure things are organised and on time.
- Client Education & Support_

After the visit, help clients with care instructions and follow-up advice for their pets.

Educate owners on preventative care, such as vaccinations and wellness exams.
- Maintain and Clean, Organised Space_

Help keep the waiting area welcoming, the exam rooms tidy, and the clinic stocked with all the essentials.
- Work Hand-in-Hand with the Vet Team_

Work closely with the team to keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes.

Be the bridge between the clients and the vet team

**What You’ll Bring**:

- Skills & Qualifications_

You’ve got strong communication skills and enjoy interacting with people (and pets).

You’re organized, detail-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

A passion for animals and a genuine desire to help pets and their owners.

Ability to work well in a team and stay positive—even when things get busy.

Comfort with using computers and office software (Google Docs, Microsoft Office, etc.).

**Experience** and **Hours**:
At least **2 years** front office experience in a medical setting. Veterinary experience is a plus

Able to work at least two Saturdays per month.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $20.00-$24.00 per hour
