**Job Title: Student Technical Advisor**

**Location**: Academy of Learning - Toronto, Brampton East, North York, and Kitchener

**Reports To**: Director of Student Services

**Type of Position**: Full-Time, Hybrid

**Job Summary**

As a full-time Student Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in enhancing the student experience across our Academy of Learning campuses in the region. This is a hybrid role, with three days working in the office and the option to work remotely for the remaining two days. Your responsibilities will include assisting students with account setup, proctoring for NACC exams, providing weekend coverage to Learning Coaches, and resolving various IT-related issues. Training will be provided to ensure you have the skills needed for success in this position.

**Key Responsibilities**

Assist students in Ontario campuses with account setup and resolve any related issues.

Serve as a proctor for NACC exams at Ontario locations.

Provide weekend coverage to Learning Coaches in Ontario campuses.

Troubleshoot IT-related issues specific to the Ontario campuses, including LDB, Typing Trainer, and student laptops.

Offer online exam support to Ontario-based students.

**Skills and Qualifications**
- Strong IT skills are essential.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience in a customer service role is a plus.
- Must be flexible with work hours and able to work on weekends on a required basis.

- Conduct student orientations and provide guidance on academic planning

- Assist with organizing and coordinating student events and activities

Pay: $39,000.00-$42,000.00 per year
