**Hours**: 24 hours/week
**Start Date**: As soon as we find the right fit

Are you passionate about good food, quality ingredients, and working with your hands? Mamacita’s Empanadas is looking for a reliable, motivated person to join our production kitchen team in Golden, BC.

This is an **entry-level position** with plenty of opportunity to learn, grow, and move up within the company. You’ll be part of a small but mighty team that values flexibility, creativity, and community.

**What You’ll Do**:

- Prepare ingredients, cook fillings, and mix dough
- Hand-roll and fold empanadas (don’t worry — we’ll teach you)
- Package and store finished products
- Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe kitchen environment

**We’re Looking For Someone Who**:

- Can follow written recipes and directions
- Is able to lift up to 20 kg (e.g., a large bag of flour)
- Can comfortably stand for extended periods
- Has an eye for detail and an interest in food artistry
- Enjoys working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment

**Bonus (But Not Required)**:

- FoodSafe certification (we’ll pay for it if you don’t have it yet)
- Any prior experience in a kitchen or food production setting
